INNOVATION 2011 – Canada’s R&D Partnership Conference, is a unique national event that will take place on November 20 – 22, 2011 in Montreal. The conference aims to address the future of research competitiveness and innovation in Canada’s economy. By bring together all the major private and pubic stakeholders within the Canadian innovation community, this conference will foster increased partnerships and collaborations among public, academic and private sectors.
For Exhibitors: This is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to the full spectrum of publicly supported performers of research including universities, hospitals, colleges, polytechnics, Federal laboratories and the various Centres of Excellence from across Canada. Exhibit space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
For Technology Showcase Participants: Technology Showcase Participants are the publicly supported performers of research. This is your opportunity to present your innovative organization! Table top space is available to any organization wishing to showcase their expertise, licensing opportunities, products, services and/or achievements to Canada’s industrial and business community, decision makers in business development, R&D partnership, commercialization and industry engagement. You must be a registered conference participant to take part in the Showcase. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Coffee breaks will be strategically located to generate traffic to the Exhibitor and Showcase areas.

Exhibitor Fees
The cost of exhibition space consisting of one standard 8 foot x 8 foot floor space, with two chairs and one table is $950 (plus GST).
Technology Showcase Fees
The cost of space consisting of one standard 6 foot table, skirted, with two chairs is $150 (plus GST). You must be registered for the Conference to participate.
How to Reserve Space
Please fill in the Exhibitor/Technology Showcase Contract Form that can be found below and email, fax or mail it to Funnel Communications (contact details can be found on contract form). Space is limited therefore please ensure that you submit your contract with full payment no later than October 31, 2011.

Exhibitor Representatives
Exhibitor representatives will have access to the exhibit hall and coffee breaks. To participate in conference sessions, exhibitor representatives must register for the conference.
Techology Showcase Representatives
Showcase participants must be registered as Conference attendees in order to participate.
Allocation of Space
Assignment of exhibit/showcase space will be made on a first-come first-served basis. Space will not be held without full payment and a signed Exhibitor/Innovation Showcase contract.**
**ACCT Canada reserves the right to assign or relocate as deemed necessary.
Set-Up and Dismantling of Exhibits
Organizations may begin to assemble their displays between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20, 2011. It is expected that all displays will be presentable by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21st . Dismantling may begin after the last afternoon coffee break on November 22nd. All exhibits must be dismantled by end of day on November 22nd.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Organizations that submit a cancellation request in writing on or before November 1, 2011 will be entitled to a full refund less a $100 administration fee. Cancellation requests received after November 1 are non-refundable.
Insurance
The Exhibitor or Innovation Showcase participant organization covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hilton Hotel, ACCT Canada and Funnel Communications Inc. from and against all claims, demands, charges, losses or damages arising or alleged to arise directly, indirectly or incidentally by reason of any act, omission or operations of the Exhibitor or showcase organization, its officers, employees, agents or anyone for the Exhibitor is legally responsible.
The Exhibitor/Innovation Showcase organization acknowledges that its equipment and property at the Hotel is not protected by insurance, fire, theft, vandalism, etc. by the Hilton Hotel, ACCT Canada or Funnel Communications Inc. and the protection of such is the responsibility of the Exhibitor/Showcase participant.
